- High Season :
11.07.2026 – 28.08.2026 - Low Season:
01.04.2026 – 10.07.2026
29.08.2026 – 03.10.2026 - Main season min 1 week, arrival day Saturday from 16:00, departure before 10:00.
- Low season min. 3 days, arrival any day.
- We confirm your booking after receipt of 50% prepayment of invoice. The balance is due 6 weeks before arrival.
- Deposit € 200.
- We recommend our guests to take a cancellation insurance…
- The prices are per week and including bed linen, changed weekly and towels, changed 2x week.
- Final cleaning costs are mandatory depending on the size of the apartment: €50 – €80.
- Extra cleaning as well as additional change of bed linen and towels possible at additional cost.
- Free use of washing machine and detergent.
- Free WLAN Internet.
- Take your own pool towels or rent one €5.
- Daily fresh bread & cappuccino .
- Breakfast only on request, only in low season.
- Additional bed if possible (+) €110 per week.
- Ask about additional heating charge during winter months (varies by apt).
